So here I go again. Do you get infuriated when people throw plastic bags full of rubbish out of their car windows?. What does it take to put the rubiish in the boot of the car and bin it when they get home?

Angel 36 I was in Ireland for a little while and was so impressed by the lack of litter. I bought some green material supermarket bags whilst I was there to put my own shopping in Good Idea. Though I noticed that Tesco's have started given extra points if you reuse your bags each week. Not before time.

Hello David R. I suppose the punishment ought to fit the crime, but running after the culprits and returning the rubbish from whence it's came....well come on give me a break even I know my limitations.
Though I wouldn't behead them either.
What your trying to say is how do we deal with this problem?..Good question

They do it because like everything else in their life's, not their problem anymore once its out of sight, I once got so mad with a guy who chucked a huge carrier bag of rubbish out of his car window, I picked it up, followed him, knocked on his door and handed him his rubbish saying, 'I believe this belongs to you, next time dispose of it in your own bin and not on my car windscreen,' he was totally gobsmacked and said that I 'had a nerve', too true, there's enough rubbish on the streets as it is without idiots like him littering the place for rats to feast on.

Could you just imagine if everyone threw their trash out on the side of the road?Where I live their is a $300.00 fine if you are caught doing that.Theres nothing worse then driving down the road and seeing garbage. Polluting the earth is wrong.

yes that is annoying.
in s.a we had to start paying for plastic bags, which allmost immediately cut down the litter. someone wrote a letter to the newspaper, speaking of the national flower, which had been fluttering all over the countryside and how happy she was, that it was dieing out.

Dear Robinsnest, here's my question for you...
If the punishment should fit the crime, what should we do with the bleeders? A little light lapidation?

I've never seen that happen, but if I did I would go mad. Scotland is a beautiful country but it wont stay like that if it has morons like that living there.

I hate that too. People that do that are complete morons and I think that if you know someone who does it you should go round to their house and empty your kitchen bin onto their garden!
