You are trying to be funny but your question is not funny at all. It is disrespectful to all women, Mormons, Islam,and to decent husbands everywhere.

Not that I am a Mormon, as a matter of fact, I am pretty outspoken against Mormonism, but the LDS don't condone beating their women - at least not the mainstream church.
There is plenty of true things about the LDS church that can be used as a weapon against it, we really don't need to make anything up.

I really think you're joking -- but it isn't funny to me.

Perhaps you are unaware that you may not attend the temple, or participate in many functions of the church unless your conduct towards your family is above reproach. In wise counsel to us, a modern-day prophet has said, “No man has the right to raise his voice, much less his hand, toward any of the children of God entrusted to him.”

In a revelation given to Joseph Smith over 165 years ago, the Lord gave some wonderful instructions about how a man is to lead:

“No power or influence can or ought to be maintained by virtue of the priesthood only by persuasion, by long-suffering, by gentleness and meekness, and by love unfeigned;

“By kindness, and pure knowledge, which shall greatly enlarge the soul without hypocrisy, and without guile”

If you are actually a member of my faith, please see your bishop at once, and begin the process of repentance for this very serious sin.

I do not think either faith condones such stupidity (really does anyone join a religion just for doing such heinous acts?).

I think you should die, no woman (or even men) would be safe around you...and by the way I will go against my typical tolerant stance and say that I do not care about what you think in this case because I despise wife-beaters no matter what culture or religion they come from.

A qoute from Gordon B. Hinckley, the President and Prophet of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (aka Mormons)

"We condemn most strongly abusive behavior in any form. We denounce the physical, sexual, verbal, or emotional abuse of one’s spouse or children. Our proclamation on the family declares: 'Husband and wife have a solemn responsibility to love and care for each other and for their children. … Parents have a sacred duty to rear their children in love and righteousness, to provide for their physical and spiritual needs. … Husbands and wives—mothers and fathers—will be held accountable before God for the discharge of these obligations' "

Let's meet. I've practised martial arts for some years and I will really enjoy beating you like you enjoy beating your wife.
And how funny it is for such a person like you to mention about Buddhism as a guide in your life
