ok.....answer the following. as well as sleeping a lot, do you feel sluggish when you`re awake? do you drink a lot? (as in water, juice soft drinks...) do you pee a lot? are you losing wieght? if yes to any of the above, see your doctor as you may be diabetic. please see your doctor if you are worried. don`t just take my word for it!

U might be eating too much, To digest food, our body needs energy, so in order to preserve energy for ur digestion , the chemicals inside u make u sleep and use those energy for digestions.

this is cause due to the health , may due to weakness, so eat some nutrition food which give u energy..and in proper time..and try to take morning walk daily...
