Well, nowadays there is such a diverse group of people in Istanbul it is like New York because there are people from all over Turkey (and the world) living here that all bring their own culture and traditions. I am American so, of course, I bring my own southern traditions to Istanbul.

Once upon a time, the city was civilized. It was founded by Constantine the Great, and it was the centre of the great Byzantine Empire for a thousand of years. Then, in 1453, a bunch of half-ape half-humans, of Mongol-tatar origin, that were till then living in the deep recesses of Asia in yurt huts and sleeping with their mothers, decided to move west. They fell upon the civilized world of Eastern Europe like plague, pillaging, raping and destroying everything. Constantinople fell to their vile hands, and since then, it stopped being part of humanity...Nowadays, the race of half-apes continues to hold the city that once was the Queen of Cities. But their time is running out!
