"(He has) paid": shilem (שילם, or with vowel marks: שִׁלֵּם).

Verbs in Hebrew are a bit different when they're framed in different pronouns. Therefor, the Hebrew words for "(she has) paid" and "(they have) paid", for example, are different from what I've mentioned above.

"(He has) paid for us" is: shilem avurenu (שילם עבורנו ,or with vowel marks: שִׁלֵּם עֲבוּרֵנוּ).

In this context (past tense, preceded by the pronoun "you" in single, masculine form), you would write:
shi-LAM-ta שילמתה

(You paid for us = ata shilamta avuraynu = אתה שילמתה עבורינו)

Sorry, I tried my own google search, to no avail. In addition to the previous suggestions, I'd like to add that you contact someone at a Messianic Jew site to see if someone can either help you or direct you where to find assistance in your endeavor.

Good luck.

Try online Hebrew-English dictionaries. Better still, ask any friends who might be studying in Bible colleges?
