Drink plenty of water. Don't smoke. Take a daily vitamin. Exercise. Get plenty of sleep. Use sunscreen. Keep your home very clean. Eat food that is good for you. Put lotion on your skin after every shower. Only take medication when absolutely necessary. Avoid caffeine.

Increase heart rate once in a while

Stretch
Sleep
So far, I haven't managed to get into the habit of doing any of these things.
