I am getting ready to start this diet...and would like to know exactly how much water and vinegar you are suppose to use, and how often. I am not good at taking pills so I think the liquid will work better for me.

take tablets that are alredy made up of the exact amounts of apple cider that you need to start this diet

when i did the liquid form i used one of my old shot glasses for the vinegar and 8 oz of water....before each meal but after a few days i would get severe heart burn so now i take the pills along with another diet pill

I am using apple vinegar. I put a tea spoonful in a glass of water, and I drink it before meals. It helps to digest the food you eat.

the amount to take is 1 teaspoon in an average sized glass of water before or during meals.
