To the dental assistant if you will look you will see ive also posted a question about going to Mexico to get my teeth fixed.See if The dentist here continue to charge such outrageous upfront price They are going to lose business.I was told 6000 with my insurance3000 Thats a huge chunk of my income.I only have 1000 and mexicos right next door.I ought to charter a bus and take about 40 people down with me .At lesat maybe i can get a couple teeth fixed for that.

MY answer to that last comment is this .you are ignorant person.I had a mouth injury which caused some broken teeth.I dont have bad credit I do have no credit as in I refuse to use credit cards and go in to major debt.Tell me this if I can get a car for a 1000 down and 200 a month why can I not get my teeth fixed for that? Its all about American dentist and their greed. My doctor took a payment plan after my surgery. He got his money.I think the Del rio clinic on the border will appreciate my business they have excellent references.I have always take very good care of my teeth and at my last visit the dentist said that but very little that brushing will do if you get hit in the mouth, and yes I will go back every year if im treated well.

Start calling the dentists in the phone book OR you could call 1-800-DENTIST. I've seen the commercials on tv. I don't personally know anyone that's called that number, but at least it's a place to start. Good luck.

All those dentists are in debt and can't pay their staff's salaries, because most of those people who promised to pay their monthly payments, had other more important bills to pay and decided that paying their dental bill was not important.

Sorry to be blunt, but that is why most dentists will not do payment plans. No guanrantee of getting paid for their work.

Would you take a payment plan on your paycheck? I know I wouldn't. That is what a dentist does if he offers payment plans,

all of the dentists that let patients go a payment plans went out of business because people don't pay their bills. going to mexico will be great that first time. but what about the second time? and then what about when something goes wrong later like some porcelain breaks of your "made in mexico" crown? are you going to keep taking 24 hour bus rides back and forth? my guess is that your credit is also as bad as your teeth. usually they are related because someone without enough sense to take care of their teeth has similar disregard for their finances. it's time to learn some personal responsibility!
