how can I "sanitize", or clear not wanted options in the windows XP explorer right clic menu
( right clicking on a file, or application, or document, , or multimedia, or anything else )

If you can make the question clearer .. whatever i cant understand but i will try to help
1- to change the buttons you can right clikc on the Explorer bar and change whatever
2-As i understand there are unwanted Things >> That means they are spywares .. then get anti spyware .. if you can make things clear you may get a better answer

Go to C:\Documents and Settings\\SendTo
The shortcuts listed in there appear as options on your right click popup. You can add/delete items in that folder.

as far as i know its stored on registry
you can run registry editor by run this file: regedit.exe

search teh application u want remove.. usualy under context menu..
