You would say "shu-LAM" (emphasis on "LAM")
This is written as follows: שולם

Try this See a Hebrew-Greek Scholar at any University or
Seminary and ask him to translate the Greek word τετελεσται,
into both Hebrew and English. See if that's what you're looking
for. 8-30-6.
I Corinthians 13;8a, Love never fails!!!!!

Transliteration: Tetelestai. It is finished/paid in full.

"(It has been) paid" is: shulam (שולם ,or with vowel marks: שֻׁלַּם).
But that is not what you're looking for.

"(He has) paid": shilem (שילם, or with vowel marks: שִׁלֵּם).

Verbs in Hebrew are a bit different when they're framed in different pronouns. Therefor, the Hebrew words for "(she has) paid" and "(they have) paid", for example, are different from what I've mentioned above.

"(He has) paid for us" is: shilem avurenu (שילם עבורנו ,or with vowel marks: שִׁלֵּם עֲבוּרֵנוּ).
