ok so theres this guy who just moved to my town and hes everything i want in a boyfriend... we've been talking and everybody says that he likes me... what should i do?

if he just moved there you might wanna try and get to know him first... see if he really likes you and if you still like him after you learn a little about him,... i would actually wait for him to make the first move cause im too afraid of getting my heart broken but hey your probably braver than i am :)

have the guts to ask him if indeed he likes you. you can't simply rely on what other people say? be prepared for his response though. if he likes you then that's a good sign. but what if he doesn't like you what will you do?
