It is very good for you. I once read about a diet that is based on honey consumption. Something about the sugars in honey (fructose) breaking down fats and increasing your metabolism. Can't remember what it was called, or were it was though. Anyone else have any idea???

Yes honey is good for you. It is a natural antiseptic, thus helps sore throats but have also known it to be used on wounds for healing purposes. It also can never go off, if it solidifies you just run the bottle under hot water and it becomes runny again. So go ahead and use it, I was told a teaspoon a day is good for you.
