I guess you have never heard of Secular Humanism. No God, No Supernatural, No degrading females, No dogma forcing you to think like others.

I don't believe you really knew about Islam. God definitely exists. How can you explain the revelation of so many things in the Holy Quran before man even discovered it? It's because the knowledge was God sent.
What you are calling supernatural is just a word for something that you can't really explain. Muslims believe in jinns and are invisible and if they do mischief, people think they are ghosts and spirits and other supernatural phenomenon. But there is an explaination to it all. It's just you refuse to believe in it.
Islam has given women rights and man will be judged on how he treats his family and he has to be kind and loving towards his wife. He has no right on her money and it is his duty to take care of her and spend money on her. He has to pay meher (pre decided amount) if he decides to divorce her. A man has no such right. A woman cannot be forced into a marriage by her father. Such a marriage will be considered annulled.
I think most religious beliefs are good but few people are bent on misleading others.
A person is not Muslim by name or by inheritance. It is by practise and if you do not believe you are not really a Muslim. So, if you or your mother didn't believe in Islam in the first place, you were never Muslims to begin with. :)

You are right, lets speak about humanity... But who wrote this humantiy??? Where are the codes for humanity???

The laws in each country differ. Which is correct??? Why |??

The problem is that you have never tried to understand islam. Islam is no just mere rites and rituals. Its a way of life. To put it more correctly, its "THE WAY OF LIFE"

Do you believe in GOD? I dont think so. Well the PC from where you wrote this question, did it by itself write this question or you had to do it yourself??? If you never typed anything, what is the probability that this question could be typed by itself and be posted on Yahoo Answers???

Leave the question, not even a single character will be typed by itself unless someone DOES it. Agreed?

What about the Universe??? Running on its own?? A just 0.00000000! % imbalance in speed, position can cause the entire universe to collapse and ruin. Why doesnt it happen?? On its own???

Or an intelligent designer behind this?? IF yes, then HE is GOD, who is ONE and without an image. The CREATOR not like the Creations... Follow his commandments. The Quran is a complete guideline how to live. it doesnt descriminate women. It gives rights and duties to both men and women.

I totally agree that you don't need any religion to act correctly. And I do agree with almost everything else you say. That having been stated, and even taking into account that everything in the universe is natural, that's just a question of naming it: God, if He exists, is natural. I can take some good teaching from, say, Christ and Buddha and I can believe in the presence of a God, even though I have no perfect idea what God is. It's certainly not the kind of vindictive Zeus they gave us in the old middle-estearn holy books - and I'm not speaking of Allah in particular. The problem with most religions is not with God, though, but with men and their politics. It always sickens me to see how many wars were justified by religion... But it's humans who did it. Well, peace and good luck on your searching because I understand you're doing your own personal search.

Edit: one thing that bugs me but is no surprise at all is the way some so-called religious people react to your post, by menacing you with the fires of hell, almost insulting you and being definitely certain that you lost your whichever path - meaning they own the truth and are on the right path, how arrogant can they get? It's really weird for me. How can any relgion not lose its followers, at least in the long run, if all they have to offer is things such as sin, guilt, punishment? I understand you very clearly. Some of us just weren't born to be anybody's slaves - not even God's. People who love that role seem somehow pathetic, sorry to say...

sorry for you but believe it or not ISLAm is the religion which created democracy the prophet MUHAMED (peace be upon him) never made a step with out concerning his followers and friends and people around him
If there was no religion and no rules this world would have turned to a forest exactly as it is happening now with people like you getting far from ALLAH and escaping the destiny
anyway we all will die and only then we will find out the truth
but try to read the QUR'AN with your heart again with no outer effect and ofcourse after wasshing up those ill thoughts
and your mother can never be a Muslim if she said so may be certain cercumstances lead her to be harsh on ISLAM and may be you needed both of you someone more close to ALLAH to teach you the truth about him

MAY ALLAH HELP YOU GET TO THE WAY

A wise man said, "There is no such thing as the supernatural.
Because everything in the Universe is natural."
Why do you doubt revelation, when you yourself have dreamt of you own future?
Religion does indeed cause strife. But when a person becomes enlightened, he knows not to throw the baby out with the
bathwater.

Im sorry that the religion of Islam has caused you grief. But I ask a simple question: What makes you so sure of yourself? I mean, think about it, what makes you so sure that you on this planet is the only existance you will ever know. What kind of vision do you have that I don't have. Can you see backwards to the begining of time or forward to the ending. Have you journeyed to the bounds of space or to the depths of the earth. What makes you so sure of yoursel?. Have you seen it all and done it all? If your answer is yes then ,okay. But if your answer is no , give this book a try = The Bible.

Hats off to ur ideas! U r perfectly right. Religion was must in previous generation where it was meant to form an individual but as it came to make a person more savage by the name of religion .. no one in these days especially this generation and the future have no importance to religion. All we need to know is how to love , to show respect and to be friendly to who ever and whatever their background ! If everyone get to have this idea there wont be any war,no racism no discrimination of any sort, no violence. I'm with ur ideas!

All the religions do have the limitations mentioned by you. So, we should not be dogmatic, such as "mine is the greatest religion", etc. Every religion does have some positive and some negative traits, points, etc. So, we, as rational beings, have to take the good and reject the bad. To say that there is no single religion containing all the good, rational, democratic and non-dogmatic views is not an overstatement.

You seem to have reacted quite strongly against your upbringing - I guess sometimes it happens like that. Some religious types here might accuse you of being a stooge (despite the fact that everything you say is true). For whatever reasons you've cast off the shackles of relgion and found that you can be morally good without the threat of an angry overgrown toddler in the sky lashing out at your slightest misdemeanour - welcome to common sense.
