Hi there.. this disease can be controlled with homeopathic and medical treatments to the point where you can almost feel like a woman (who's pretty) again.
Take estrogen supplements to offset the excess testosterone. Your doctor should have recomended this. This will aid with your excess hair growth as well as your period ( although I'd be happy only having it once a year)..
If you don't want to take estrogen, have lazer hair removal done on the most problem areas. It is permanent, and it will eliminate your need to cover it up, or shave..
As for your weight, all you can do is try to manage it. What you should have.. is a health care provider that will help you with a long term plan for wellness.. not only physically.. but emotionally as well.

I can understand why you would feel the way you do. Try to focus on your good qualities and highlight your feminine qualities. You could bleach the facial hair, wax it, shave it, etc.... Play around with make-up until you find a look you like.
Eat sensibly, dress accordingly and enjoy being a woman.
Has your Dr said anything about removing your overies? This is an option albiet severe, but this would take care of the problem.
Good luck to you and I hope you're able to come to terms with your condition.

there isn't any such difficulty as 'typical', so perhaps 'typical' is a more beneficial valuable theory. no one is amazingly one hundred% mentally healthful. The mildest ailment is neurotics who have a tendency to magnify some factors of reality. some favorite human beings were bi-polar like Abraham Lincoln, Sir Winston Churchill, Alexander the great, so that you're in good corporation. little question they did not choose each body to entice close both. Bipolar has variable ranges besides, in the guy and between persons, and at diverse factors in time. A diary ought to help you to make certain your kinds. at times your more beneficial skill must be good to a aspect, yet important you may understand even as to provide your self with protection and others. my wife has PCOS and she has most of the symptoms that you do. She has gained weight, she does not ovulate and her periods are very sperratic. She has had a lot of trouble with her weight and she does have more hair the normal. She has been on a couple of different medications for insulin resistance. If you send me an email I can see if she has any more info or advice for you.

You can try www.webmd.com if you are too embarassed to consult a physician about it.
It says there are some medications, but you'll most definitely need to see a doctor about getting them.
Hang in there, I'm sure you'll find a good solution!
P.S. Don't listen to idiots like the guy above (SR) since they take pride in hurting anyone with a fault.

i don't have it, and i dont have anyone with it. But you can control the hair. Invest in some permanent hair removal, or even wax - when you wax, after a while the hair becomes thinner and thinner. Or, on your arms, you can actually bleach the hair so its a lot less visible.
