you know i've been wanting to look for the same thing, but until i read the question - I've not gone looking. Here is something that looks interesting - i will investigate it further but click on the link below and review, and then click on the sample - it will show you how it displays the recipe with the ingredients on the left and instructions on the right. Sorta kewl! I think i am going to try this myself.
EDITED TO ADD - OK I JUST FOUND more websites. do a Google search on "recipe software" and there are more software programs out there, less costly than the adobe version below - though I've not taken the time to review all, I WILL - ! good luck to you -

why dont you try to be original. Like a scrapbook type. You can market it differently
