ok...
first form the patty...make sure it's round and equally flat on both sides...form the edges with your thumbs as your making the patty sealing all the cracks in the ground beef...
now here's the real trick...ready?
DO NOT press down on the burger while it's cooking...if your center bulges out it means the patty hasn't been formed correctly.
once you put your burger on the heat do not touch it until you see blood on the top..then flip it and leave it alone...do not press down on it.
you may determine how cooked it is by touching the center the firmer it is the more cooked it is.
other that that...just leave it be and don't press on it with your spatula and you'll have one of the most juciest burgers you've ever had.

Sounds hard but not, take bowl put burger, salt, pepper, a little garlic powder if you like garlic, three to five dashes of worchester sauce, or to taste, I like a little more personally, mix with hands, patty out burger about 4 to 5 inch round and 1 to 2 ins. thick. heat skillet slowly and cook burgers slowly, cooking each side ten to fifteen minutes, only flip burgers about 4 times, 2 per side and remember the trick is to slow cook.I know an hour to cook a burger is a long time but enjoy with friends and mingle, remember your slow cooking. Burgers come out dripping with flavor.
Good advice, you'll want to eat 2 but don't, self torture

I make it by mixing in a bow ground beef, very little green onion, very little minced garlic, a little bread crumbs, a little bit of ranch, and spices - salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, itallian seasoning. mix it all well and cook the way you prefer it. If you try this please put just a little of the stuff, especially the ranch and minced garlic, if you overdo them the burger starts breaking while you are cooking it.

get the freshest ingredients, watch the fire when frying the patty, turn it over occasionally.
