We women always think we can change a bad boy if we love him enough. Eventually, we do realise that this is just a waste of time, and once we come to our senses, that's when we look for the nice guys.
I speak from experience. I was single for 5 years because I grew tired of bad boys - one of them ruined me for other men. Now that I've decided to make myself available, I've met the nicest man ever. He treats me exactly the way I want and expect to be treated.
So hang in there. Someone is looking for a nice guy like you, she just hasn't realised it yet.

unfortunately even though a woman may act confident on that out side she doesn't feel she deserves the best on the inside so she settles for less and puts up with the crap. but there are some smart women out there who want to be treated well and will treat you well also. keep looking and being a good guy.

Most women are attracted to men because they consider them to be a challenge they can try to overcome. It's not surprise that women choose jerks. Young girls seek out strong sportsy jerks, older women seek out rich intellectual jerks. It's in the nature of women. Men seek out nice boobs...nobody knows why we are all programmed this way.

Some women just aren't worth the effort. I see it as the difference between "girls" and "women". Women know what they want and how to go after it. "Girls" on the other hand do exactly what you've just described.

Generally, women are rulled by their hearts. Therefore, if a man keeps on saying he loves a woman, and do things to please her, she will think she's in love with him. Once a woman is in love, her heart takes over.
Hence to you, their behaviour doesn't make sense!
