How do I get stuff done without upsetting my baby? She hardly lets me put her down in a swing, exersaucer, or play pin or hand her to other people.

Sorry, I don't agree with putting her down and walking away when she is very upset. I know that long periods of negative emotion hinder childhood development. Also, it will only make her more upset when I put her down.
Any other suggestions?

Get a sling. They make convertible ones that you can wear both on your front and your back. She could face you or away from you. I don't think I could have made it without mine for my son. He hated being put down for several months and I was stuck listening to him cry or picking him up again. Eventually he grew out of it, and so will your daughter. It's better to let some things take their natural course than to try to force a change on the child.

You just have to put her down and cope with the crying. You are going to get things done a lot faster if you aren't holding her, which means that you are going to be able to spend more time with her after your chores are done. Don't think for a second that this makes you a cruel or bad mother- you HAVE to do some things without her in your arms once in a while. Just talk to her whilst you are doing your chores and when you're done, give her that all important cuddle.

How old is your baby?
Do you have a sling you can wear her in? Or a baby backpack? I'd suggest that you try baby wearing. You can get so much done with her in the sling and she'll be very content to be so close to you. It also makes breastfeeding when out and about very easy.

I slung both of my kids. I had three slings, one for in the house, one I kept in the car and one for water (swimming or shower) This was the best solution for us, I had 2 hands free and the baby was close to me. Both kids outgrew the need to be that close all the time when they started to move around on their own. I have since passed my slings on to another mother with the same problem and it has helped her as well!

You aren't going to get stuff done if you don't put her down, it's that simple. You have to decide who is in charge of your household and keep in mind that this will determine how the rest of your life will be. Putting your child down and letting her cry isn't bad for her, it's setting boundaries. Children of all ages need boundaries. Also, it would be beneficial for her to learn how to deal with not getting her way all the time. People get upset all the time, and she'll have to learn to deal with that too.

I have read some litterature about panic attacks. But they allways seem to have a more scientific approach and that is nothing I need in my struggle to survive those horrible panic attacks. This is a "hand on" and very practical book. I felt it was written to me. I am sure that you are going to feel the same.
Joe Barry writes exactly how I think. The examples are perfectly described. And the method is genius. I recommend this book and thanks Joe Barry for writing it. It changes your life
