While there is no food that really has "negative calories, salads, celery and raw carrots are highly recommendable. They fill you up for very few calories.
But with salads, don't use normal salad dressing. Spritz some lemon juice or vinegar, only, and very light on that, for taste.
Brewer's Yeast is a high-protein
(50%) food rich in B-vitamins, which helps the efficiency of digestion, especially carbohydrate metabolism. Take a tablespoon per day, mixed in water. (If you mix it with something else, it spoils the taste of that something.)
Our foods are nutrient poor, due to our farming methods, and that is really the problem with modern diets, of any sort. A multiple vitamin, every OTHER day, is a simple help.
Also, vitamin-enriched breakfast cereals, with skim milk, are very diet-consistent. Limit eggs to one a day, go light with cheeses and bacon, and trim fat off of all beef. Baked potatoes with a little sour cream or yogurt, instead of butter, are also great for health and losing weight.
In general, the more nutritious the food, the more it helps you to maintain optimum weight.

yes..i just read online that grapefruit does the same process as the individual described above..When you eat grapefruit it ends up taking more calories to digest the grapefruit than the calories the grapefruit actually contains..which in fact ends up in burning calories..some other food like this are spinach, asparagus, zucchini, onions, tangerines, and strawberries..this is all i can remember...and.. i can not say how effective it is but i have a friend who says she just eats a lot of grapefruits whenever she needs to lose a couple pounds..The more you eat of these negative caloric foods of course the more calories you are burning...just go to a search engine and type in negative calories and you will find out a lot more information...which is how i found out mine..
