Austen Powers outfits.
Chicks - a bright catsuit or really cute hotpants with funky top, long white socks and a pair of cute shoes. Dont forget the afro.
Dudes - Get fake hair and stick it on ur chest then wear a white (frilly if possible) shirt with a uber gold chain. Complete the look with one of ur grandaddys old suits and a funky attitude and ur good to go.

What to wear is not just the problem.
Checkout some beautiful clothes that could make you feel relaxed and that could make you feel like a lady.If sexy clothes are allowed you can try them only if you have other intensions to...
If you are that type of girl that kind of girl that is religeous I will advise you to wear a responsible cloth.
But all said and done weather religeous or not just try to express your kind of self and look beautiful and attractive.

Something horribly tacky and most importantly from the 70's. The big ugly sunglasses are a must, with some kinda wedge shoe.

Depends - is it HIPPY or DISCO theme?

Im hoping its disco... in which case it has to be tight flares, huge platform shoes, afro wig, a sparkly top, bright makeup (including blue eyeshadow) and LOTS of glitter & bling!

Boogie down!

Why not go to a retro thrift store.. they have a lot of things for you to buy that are from that day in time. Just remember to have fun.
