For the most part, the lion's share of guests on this website are either school-aged or do not use American or International English. As such, there's little interest, concern, or skill to use the language properly; especially around people they do not know or care for. It's not right, but that's how it is.
There's also the whole "not taking the time to proofread what you have written" angle, you know.

lol, thing is people cant really be bothered can they. they just want to answer questions and move on to the next one that tickles their fancy. either that or i reckon there are lots of people who dont use english as their first language who are just sorta getting their message across somehow. lol
