Correctly speaking Mimosa is Prosecco (an Italian Sparkling wine) with orange juice and a Bellini is the juice of a white peach with Prosecco. It was invented in Harry's Bar in Venice and is named after the fifteenth-century Venetian painter Giovanni Bellini
