Heading to NYC in December for a 5 day break & intend to propose to my gfriend. Any good ideas & locations?

Ride on one of those carriages in central park, and a beautiful picnic lunch, a nice bottle of champagne, mmm lovely, or how about a hot air balloon, but you both might not like heights, or how about in one of those beautiful high rise restaurants, romantic, and with a beautiful setting, or one of those lovey boat trips around the harbour. what ever you choose, i am sure she will love it and say yes, good luck and god bless.

Do something a little different like ask your hotel to make you a picnic without your gf knowing then take her to central park and after wooing her with champers and strawberries take her on a horse and carriage ride and do it there.
Or you could take her to the theatre then make your way to Grand Central Station and propose right in the middle with everyone looking.
There are loads of amazing places in NYC so don't do the same as everyone else, make it unique just for her.

OMG you must be my bf lol .actually my bf is going to propose in nyc in DEC too but i don't know where. i think it might be our favorite restaurant but I'm not sure cause i expect that but then i was thinking well if i expect it then he wont do it there but then I'm like hmmmmmmm maybe he will do it there to throw me off lol so as u can see I'm confused LOL
the empire state building is a good place but since u r going in DEC i would suggest doing it by the tree in Rockefeller center at night time. it is amazing there and lots of people get proposed to there.

It's normally the Empire State Building - Statue of Liberty. Make sure you get down on bended knee and don't worry about people looking etc the Americans are wonderful romanticists too! Good luck and I wish you well, and hope she says yes!

Take her to a fancy restaurant, take her for a stroll around the city, top of the Empire State building at night and say "I want to ask the world a question" or something like that. Scream will you marry me!.

oh god please not the empire state bldg. Way to tourist like. It's going to be cold so you can go ice skating or something, you will freeze 10 times worse on top of the empire, you will not want to be up there in december. Good luck that's so sweet :)
