Studies have shown that populations located close to high voltage lines have an abnormally large number of leukemia, lymphoma or other cancer cases. It's large enough that the government did a huge study around the subject, their conclusion?? They said that the numbers were too high to say they were coincidental.
So, knowing that your body is 90% water (a very good conductor of electricity) and that electricity is jumping into your body, I'd say it is definitely affecting you. You just won't know how for another 10 years or so.

Yeah, not a selling point for your real estate there. There have been conflicting studies and stuff. If you're trying to prove a case you're really gonna have to hit some massive books.
