My ex broke up with me a year ago but has continued calling and wanting to know what is going on with my life.
Why does my ex still call me and want to see me if he broke up with me after I moved away to college? Should I act like I don't need him even though I miss him so much and love him more than anyone. I don't know how to act and why does he still keep in contact. He tells me "he wants to know what is going on in my life?!?!" its beeen 2 years since he broke it off b/c he could handle long distance when I moved away to college and he is 7 years older(20 vs. 27).

My wager is he needs to keep you on the lower back burner. I also had this take position and ended up cuttinga ll ties with him, because him calling me each and each of the situations changed into only a reminder that he changed into there. My suggestion is to diminish all ties with him and search for something new. I did and am now thankfully married to some different person. i imagine not chatting with him anymore is the way you'll move on with your existence. you ought to ask him to re-dedicate to you too. If he nonetheless has emotions for you, the area hasn't keep him from contacting you... i imagine you want to get all or not something from this guy to keep your self chuffed in the longer time period.
