The pain started only after i had virul fever for a week and my body was very weak. can this be a symptom of bone tumor?

Lifting the weight breaks the tissues and cells below your skin which causes paining. But nothing to worry ! after regular weight lifting those cells stuck there and will make paining lesser. However stopping the lifting can again paining as those cells /tissues starts going in their old original form.

they may be strained...You just got over a Virus, your muslces may be sore, and if you havnt worked out for a week or so, the pain your expierancing is normal. If you had a bone tumor you would have pain other then when your lifting weights. Its just your body getting used to the wieghts again.

stop lifting maybe the flu went into your bones cleanse your body first of healthy liquids
