You are right in what you say, unfortunatly there is a corrupt element in the British goverment, Britain has followed America in this respect. Gambling is a prime example of this, the newspapers have exposed one of our MP's to be an out and out charleton. The MP I am talking about has been found to have had involvement with an American Gambling entrepreneur and the aquiring of a prominent venue to be used as casino. This MP has been involved in a number of scandles, from Sex, beating up one of the british public infront of three million veiwers ,fraud, negligence and bribary yet his party will not sack him or investigate his acctivities (I mean let someone else look at his activities)
The reason is because he has already made it clear he will expose the other goverment officials dealing in corruption. The British public could not give a toss. So I suppose we desrve it.
The police would love to break up those drug peddlers and people traffikers but are held back by the goverment. The commisioner of police is in my opinion a total idiot and I think the average policeman would agree so don't blame the police.
As for prostitution, there is no need for a man or woman to do prostitution in Britain unless they want to: the money is evidently worth the risks. As has been said before prostitution is the oldest proffesion in the world, I'm with the girl in a previous answer legalise it and monitor it under strict controles. Here again the police can only work within the boundies of the law don't get tough on the police for goverment inadaqecy.
All the best

Pubs and traficking in stolen goods are inextricably linked, so why are there so many pubs? Night clubs and recreational drugs are inextricably linked, so why so many night clubs?
Despite the obvious connections between legal sex-trade businesses such as sex shops, massage parlours and lap dancing bars, and the illicit side such as prostitution and people traficking, the fact is that the authorities need evidence of criminal activity to be able to act. Just because some massage parlours may be employing sex slaves doesn't mean they can just go out and close down a bunch of massage parlours, any more than they can close down all the night clubs because they catch someone selling cocaine in one of them.

Why so many venues? Same reason why there are so many bars in town... or clubs or different kinds of radio stations. People like variety. Some people like to disguise their true intentions behind something "seeming innocuous" like a massage...

There is obviously an agenda that allows so many people to migrate to this country against the wishes of the overwhelming majority of the indigenous population. The answer lies in that agenda.
