I am so nervous to talk to girls. How do you make new friends? What things should I talk when I approach to her? What does girl think if I give her a good comments?

How about meeting them in a neutral situation? There are a lot of coed sports out there; soccer, volleyball, softball teams. Then you are all just "one of the guys." Or you can try volunteering at a charity or taking a class.
My best advice though, don't worry about every girl you say hello to being a potential date, just make friends and don't make more of it. Guys that try too hard are a bit creepy while guys that can be good friends are necessary.

1. Be open-minded, not judgmental.
2. Smile and be approachable.
3. If you can't say anything that will make sense, don't say anything at all.
4. In first time encounters, don't volunteer any comment, that would make you a presumtuous ___ before all.
5. Finally, tell them your name and when further asked, who and what you are. They'd remember you by these.

Its your inside fear that stops u to talk her. Be brave and say her, “I LOVE YOU” Girls dont think, she expects somone to have good comments for her. good comments are the weakness of girls.

well if you work together talk about work, if you're in school together talk about school ,ANYTHING that you could possibly have in common with whoever you want to be friends with and most likely you'll strike up a conversation, also dont get carried away talkin about yourself, ask questions and sound intrested, but dont overdo it or you'll get annoying
