Depends upon what you mean by "weak". If bench pressing is your criteria, look at all the white muscle men who are "Mr. America". If you mean inner strength, that cannot depend upon color or race or anything but maturity and discipline.

Cause when the blood doens't move around the body, people go white. Like when some people are sick, they are white. Less blood pumping means more weak.

I do not know what color anthrax powder is, nor do I know what the band anthrax uses for their band logo colors
one way street signs are black and white(in the USA anyways)
so as far as a "white" person well... I do not think I ever saw an actual person who was "white" in this life.... but in other paths I saw someone who was classified as "albino" and well they could probably be strong physically or mentally just like anybody of any skin tone color... is that what you are refering to? OR are you talking about HAIR COLOR?
