Yes! It is possible to have a baby and not pass the HIV virus on to the baby. There is no guarantee, but antiviral drugs during pregnancy and a c-section help lessen the risk of the baby getting the disease. The treatment regimens used now have greatly increased the life span of HIV positive individuals. Being one of the last two people on the earth, this risk is acceptable. In fact, the more babies the better. However, we are not facing this scenario in real life so my answer in that case is that a person that knows they are HIV positive should avoid bringing a child into this world that faces the risk of catching this illness and a possibility of not having parents to love and raise it.

No because you wouldn't live to raise the children because there would be no doctors to tell you what medicine to take to prolong your life.
The child would die without guidance because they wouldn't be able to feed themselves or walk or talk (depending on your time of death because if you have aids you would die). Or, if you do have a child you run the risk of that child contracting aids and the process repeating itself.

But on the other hand, if everyone had aids, wouldn't that make aids the norm or human society, so someone without aids would actually be abnormal....

Nope, I can't have children but I would hope the other person was a man so I could have someone to play safely with.
