get him to the vet ASAP, this was a lot to do to him all at once he can be having a reaction to the flea treatment, especially after ansthesia. some cats do not handle ansthesia good and it shows up later when they get home and cats are highly sensitive to any pesticide even flea treatments, some are more sensitive than others and some are sensitive to wormers. he needs to be seen pronto, i would not wait till morning...it can be fatal..

Get him to a vet ASAP. Sounds like poisoning, but could be a reaction to the flea/worm treatment.

Please take cat to vet. He could be having a reaction to the flea treatment. When he is better ask the vet if you can have some Revolution for his fleas. You put this stuff between his shoulder blades and he can't reach it. It kills every thing. Fleas, mites, all kinds of parasites.
I used it on my cat and she was v. happy.
