If she has white stuff coming out it is more like a yeast infection which all women get at some point. Some women are more prone to get them. She should ask he pharmacist what to buy (drugstores sell Monistat 1, 3 or 7 which are treatments that you insert to treat this) or go to her gynecoloigst. The prescription one is stronger and sometimes the OTC ones don't work so she should just call her doctor to get one.It would be thick white discharge and can come from many things - kind of underwear, sex, time of month, irritation, even fabric softener or too much powder, perfume there etc.

She may also have some itching and burning which is normal but could have the infection anyway without those symptoms. Don't be alarmed or anything - this is easily treated and is normal. It is made from her own body - she didn't get it from someone else or anywhere else. If it is not thick and it more stretchy and clear, yes it could be an indication of her cycle coming - that can happen during the month.

It is contagious too - well there is a possibility of passing it to you there or orally as well which is called thrush (yeast infection of the mouth) Menstruation is always red - never white. Tell her to see her gynecologist before it gets worse.

No, go to web md . com and read about a woman's cycle. Sounds like you need to get more information on the female reproductive system. By the way, there is no such thing as a white period. Normal discharge happens occasionally. Best of wishes unlocking the mystery of a woman's body,,

tell her to visit a gynecologist because the white discharge is a sign of a yeast infection. If not treatet properly this is very unpleasant and painful as it comes with lots of itching. Do not have any sex until is treated as this infection is contagious, and if you too get it, it will then be worse because it keeps going from you to her and you'll never treat it.

lol@ white menstruation, never heard of it called that.

I agree with the 1st poster, it may be a yeast infection or it may be nothing at all. Sometimes women have different levels of cervical mucous. If it is concern, she should definitely see her ob/gyn.
