Some guys aren't the marrying type....like me for instance. Maybe he's like me or somewhere inbetween. That would be like trying to convince him that cutting off his right arm is a good idea.

I don't know how old you but convincing some one marry you will probably backfire.. This is your life do not play games with people you love.

Talk about what you both want. If he doesn't have any plan to marry you in the future, you can either accept it or break the relationship.

I think no blackmailing is neccessary. You cant convince sb who is not ready for the marriage yet.

you should not have to convince him! if you are both in love then it will come naturally, but if you have to talk him into marrige then he's obviously not ready to commit to a life time relationship, or at least not in marrige, give him time
