how can you be a refugee from america?
there are no laws in this country stating that you cannot leave..unless you have been committed of a crime or your running from the law.
you may migrate to canada(if your not a criminal...they wouldn't want you either)...and from there find out how to obtain canadian citizenship.... or you can work and live in canada and still be a U.S. citizen. that's what i would do if i decided to live in another country other than my own.

There's way too many variables to answer this properly. I'd say off hand though that if you've been kicked out of the US, you'd probably be kicked out here for the same reasons. I have no idea what your situation is though, so please, go to the web site and if you think you can come here, talk to an accreditted immigration lawyer. In your case it would probably be necessary, unless you are just fed up with where you are and have enough points to come here as regular immigrant.
