Break-the-Habit Spell
To break a bad habit, get an old plate—one that is chipped or cracked or otherwise unusable. If you don’t have one, go to a garage sale or Salvation Army store, and buy one for a quarter. Write on the plate in magic marker the name of the habit you wish to break—for instance, “smoking cigarettes,” “over-eating,” “swearing,” or “being unkind.” Put the plate in a place where you will see it every day, and for a week or so focus your attention on the habit and the plate. Then, on a Saturday, or a day that rules the nature of the habit, take the plate somewhere outside with a paved surface, such as a driveway or side-walk. Bring along a broom and dustpan. Focus all your attention on the habit. Say aloud: “I break my habit of. . .” and name the habit. Then smash the plate as hard as you can with a hammer. Be sure to clean up all the fragments afterward, and dispose of them in a garbage can far away from your home if it is at all possible.

Banish Bad Habits Spell
To work on bad habits, gather any combination or amount of obsidian, black onyx, hematite, or smoky quartz. Also gather a piece of cloth, some black ribbon or string, a bowl of water, and some paper and water-soluble ink. Set up the container, and place your selection of stones around it. Think of a bad habit you’d like to be rid of, and write the habit on a slip of paper. Place the paper in the water, visualizing your bad habit ending. Allow the water to dissolve the ink completely from the paper. Bury the paper in the ground, pour the water over the paper, and cover with dirt. Then, collect the stones and wrap them in a piece of cloth. Carry them with you for strength

Ritual to Quit Smoking
(Can be combined with either or both of the above for maximum effectiveness)
Begin taking wellbutrin at least one week before the day you plan to quit smoking. On your quit day, do not smoke when you wake up in the morning. Place a 21 mg patch on your arm. Do not smoke. After 2 weeks, (not 4, or worse 6) step down to a 14 mg patch. Do not smoke. Wear these for 3 weeks. Do not smoke. I mean it. Not even one! Then take seven 21 mg patches and cut them in half to make two 10.5 mg patches. Do not smoke. Wear these for two weeks. Do not smoke. Then take seven 14 mg patches and cut these in half to make fourteen 7 mg patches. Wear these for two weeks or until you no longer feel the need. Do not smoke. Just because they say the first six months is the hardest doesn't mean it gets easy after that.

A simple one that goes back to the time when tobacco was raw leaf was to dig three holes in the ground just outside one's front door -- -- -- a few inches deep is fine, and either a pile of tobacco or in concession to modern times, one cig in each hole, then set an Iron Bearing Quartz Rock atop Each - - - tamp down good, put a bit of loose soil to anchor it fully - - - spend several minutes kneeling staring at the three rocks, imagining the tobacco beneath, take a deep breath while thinking "NO MORE," stand up quickly, swiftly turning back to three rocks while cutting image of tobacco from mind, walk away swiftly in a Western direction. Stones. Anything happens to me, my mom has a stone for it. She has this book: Love is in the Earth, A Kaleidoscope of Crystals.
I keep them with me at all times. They leave on their own when they're no longer needed.

It took you awhile to learn to smoke and it will probily take you just as long to learn to stop (if you really want to). A spell as such is not in any prewritten books that I know of. However their is somthing close. If you are willing to try.
you will ned an open space at least wide enough for you to spread your arms across without crossing a circle that you will draw on the ground.this will be for a circle of healing spell.
Starting facing north either use a piece of sidewalk chalk , salt, sand, just pointing your right index finger at the ground and visulize a engery flow going from your finger to the ground or floor.and walking or turning around in a clock wise circle stopping at the diferent directions east,south.west,north and back to east to complete the circle.you can use colored objects to place in these directions that coraspond to the colors of that direction.east bright yellow. south red,west blue-green,north green

to undo the circle before crosin over it when done . reverse the directin of drawing the circle . stoping at each quarter and thanking the powers for their help and dismssing them you can think of the guardians as angles if you are christian.

you could meditate yourself into not smoking. just put your energies into the thought of not wanting a cigerett. its sooo hard to quit.
