Depends on if it's big enough to actually notice or not. Then I'de just ignore it and keep professional. Then laugh and tell all your co-workers that you can't control yourself. lol jk

depending on how well i know u & how good looking u r, i would probably get turned on & find it "hard" to pay attention during the meeting, i may have to excuse myself to go to the ladies room where i would proceed to satisfy myself.
