can anyone tell me what you can do instead of taking drugs?

Listen.
I was the biggest junkie in britain for ten years (not joking)
I detoxed 1 year ago and am enjoying life.
Please e-mail me if you need help as i am more than happy to help anyone in this situation.
I am at the moment setting up de-tox clinics for drug addicts and it is an area i know all too well.

well you can do any long line of things. any sort of hobby that you really enjoy will help. you also need people around you who support you and will keep you in check. doing certain things on a weekly basis(like playing poker with friends) helps too. you could also join a club or sports team. i know i play dodgeball. basically what you want to do is keep busy with fun activities. and when your not doign activities oputside the house and your bored you find an online game you lie. or something like making or building something. this is constructive and it helps keep you busy and your mind off drugs. it will still be hard but all of these things help. if your doing a really hard drug though you might need even more help. if thats the case i suggest you get proffesional help. good luck!

Try to be yourself, not to be kool, drugs don't take you anywhere and definitely don't make look kooler. Get busy on things which take you up to a better future. You want to get high? take son flight instruction. By doing this you not only get high, but you make good money when you become a plain pilot.

FIND SOMETHING POSITIVE TO DO TO KEEP YOUR SELF SANE AND HEALTHY! PRAY, GOD TO CHURCH, READ A BOOK, HAVE BRUNCH WITH SOME OF YOUR CLOSE FRIENDS, LISTEN TO SOME MUSIC THAT YOU LIKE!
THERE IS A PROGRAM CALLED ATTACKING ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION LOOK IT UP ON GOOGLE I GUARANTEE IT CAN HELP YOU!
