I am sorry that your brother was killed.
What you get to learn when you accept salvation is that none of us is innocent of sin. Others' sins and crimes become less the focus when we can clearly see our own.
We also get to learn that people who are electively living outside of the grace of God are already enduring punishment. Your brother's killer is not doing well, no matter what it looks like. If she is separated from God's grace, she is in a living death.
God is just. He will judge us all, and we will receive our due, whatever that may be. If you come to know God better, this will become illuminated for you. Anything that I can say to you might ring hollow and sound "pat" or insufficient. But when you KNOW, it is a whole other story.
If you want to know God's view about the affairs of humankind, ask God that he have mercy on you, and then ask him to show you who he is. Ask that he reveal bits of his divine justice to you. He will do it, and you will be comforted. I don't know how and when he will reveal it to you, but if you truly want it, and you ask in earnest, he will give. I know this from experience. It is not my idea.
Again, I am sorry for your loss, and I am sorry that you endure this pain. I hope that you will seek God's vision of justice so that he may bring you to the other side--from confusion to certainty, from anger to mercy...and in any event, that he may bring you to hope in him.
May God's blessings be upon you.

All of God's Judgements are fair and true. She will have to answer to God if she does not repent and allow Jesus to be her Lord and Savior. This may help you, we all deserve God's eternal punishment, but praise God, that God has made a way for you and me to make it into Heaven. The problem that you should be addressing is your unforgiveness. God's Word says that God will not forgive you unless you forgive others. I know that you can not on your own, but with God's help you can. All you have to do is say it out loud or write it down, even if you do not mean it. Once you say it, then God can work in your situation. You will feel the burden get lighter or even the stars get brighter. When a person does not forgive, they are held in bondage to the person that they are mad at. Trust that God is in control, let Him be the Judge and Trust His decisions, He knows what He is doing because He sees the whole picture. He loves you and He will help you get through this difficult time in your life. You can e-mail me anytime.
Sincerely Your, Pastor Jeff Ludin

The way it wqorks is this: If she dies and does not repent of what she ahs done. She gets punished. If she repents before she dies, she will be in Heaven and avoid alot of punishment. Sure, she has to face any consequences on this earth. There are two realms in this: Earthly and Spiritual. The earthly, there are consequences that are for a time or for a life on this earth. In Spiritual, there are consequences such as burning up in hell for not repenting and a whole mess of torment. 100 million times worse than what she did to your brother. Hope she repents. She does not want to die with unrepentant sin...

Sounds like an accident!
Just from your description!
She did not murder, I assume.
If she is a Christian, most likely no, it will be forgive her. If she is a Christian, she will never get over it while she lives!
Is that punishment yea in a way it is.
Things happen, some things deadly.
The thing is now how you take this, for your brother is in the hands of God, who ever she is, if a Christian it will never leave her as long as he lives, and will have to deal with God.
May you find peace

Reward and punishment are in gods hand. Whatever we do or whatever happen to us depends on our last births karma. Its like having a passbook with GOD for good and bad karma. Whatever happen to us is the result of the balances in that account. In your brothers ase, the killer may have some good karmas of the past which are saving her from imprisonment. The moment her balance in the acount becomes negative(by virtue of wrong deeds of present) she will be in prison. Believe in god , his justice will be right and only right.

Yes it is true that your brothers killer will go to Heaven if she truly repents. You see God knows our hearts, and that is what He judges us on, and if she has a broken and contrite heart she will be saved.
That does not mean that she will go unpunished for it. God has a way of chastising, and punishing that is far beyond our human understanding. For one she will have to live with the guilt for the rest of her life.
I beg you to PLEASE for your sake forgive her, even if she has not asked for it. Jesus commands us to forgive those who harm us. In fact He said that if we do not forgive others He will not forgive us. So PLEASE PLEASE be the bigger person and forgive her.
I will be praying for you.

have you ever thought, that living knowing what she did maybe an everyday hell in itself. forgiveness is for yourself not for her, its the only way to begin to heal. I was 16 when my dad was kill in an accident at work because his boss was building illegally. He went to the same church and our family knew him personally. When ever he saw the family after that he would ignore us. Left a family of six kids and a wife. It was very hard but hating him wont bring my dad back. You will need to forgive so you can start to heal. Your brother would want that. God Bless!

If you want to enter Heaven, then God must forgive you. If you cannot forgive the people in your life, then God cannot forgive you. What she did to your brother is a TERRIBLE thing, something I would have a VERY hard time forgiving. But peace can only be found through forgiveness. If she does repent, it has to be pure. One cannot be granted forgiveness if one does not fully feel sorry for their action. If she never asks for forgiveness, she will go to Hell, and if she does, and if she is truly sorry, forgive her for her mistakes. And if she never asks, pray to God, and forgive her for her sins, for she knows not what she does. Oh, she knows what she did, but she doesn't KNOW what she did.
YES SHE WILL GO TO HEAVEN IF HER REPENTANCE IS PURE OF HEART! IF SHE TRULY REGRETS HER ACTIONS!! AND IF YOU WANT HEAVEN YOU NEED TO LEARN TO BE FORGIVING AND NOT VENGEFUL! VENGEANCE IS A VICE!!!!

Deuteronomy 32:35
I will punish them for the bad things they did. But I am saving that punishment for when they slip and do bad things. Their time of trouble is near. Their punishment will come quickly.
Hope thats helpful

I believe that a person who truly repents will be forgiven....eventually. Meanwhile, and until they go through some kind of purging in a lower heaven, they're not forgiven in the same way that people who commit a much lesser offense. This is just my opinion, i don't think i ever read it in the Bible.
