What does this painting make you feel like can you describe that feeling or emotions?, does it take you to a certain place?

It reminds me of a time i was in Paris with a woman i was getting to know, we sat at a table in a back street cafe, drinking a nice bottle of red, talking and watching the parisions going about there business in the twighlight of the evening. I can remember feeling totally calm, relaxed with a sense of underlying serenity, thinking to myself that it probably does`nt get any better than this. I can remember the light from a shoe shop opposite radiating a soft orange glow on the side of my lady`s face as she turned to the side, cigarette smoke coiling into the cool night sky. I smiled for the next two weeks. I have a copy of that painting hanging in my hall, It never fails to bring back that moment of magic back to my life, and that blissfull feeling of contentment. wonderful, i love Van Gogh.

I like his use of color. This painting takes me back to when I visited Europe and was doing exactly what this painting shows. It was a good time with good friends and it brings back happy memories/emotions.

It makes it look so romantic, with the stars out in the night sky.
I can imagine them twinkling just for us. And enjoying my seafood
(cause it has to be seafood), He can have Italian. The glimmer
off of the cobble stones shine various colors. Of course, I have
to have champaigne, because it is sooo tasty !!..woooweee..
