I wrote about the cat, Tom, that I "INHERETED" after my brother passed away suddenly many months ago(late March} He has been doing better, but has had many health issues,which I am addressing as best I can.I try to give him alot of affection and have found that he has "a great motor" And he feels comfortable enough to yell in my face when he is unhappy about food or when I have worked too long!!! Just an update-thanks for your support!

Although I didn't see your original questions, I love the fact that you've updated because it lets those of us who research our answers or who actually take time to help posters know that we're not doing it for no reason :-)
