I am currently taking a lot of Vitamin B, C, E, Beta Carotene, and on top of this also Centrum, DAILY. I know too much Vitamin A or D is bad, but what about the rest?

Also when is the best time of the day to take these vitamins and is it okay to take them all at the same time?

With mulivitamins (or a combination of vitamins) the biggest threat is supervitamintosis (or overdosing on a wide range of vitamins). Some of the early symptoms are hair falling out, itchy skin, and overheating .
Vitamins come in two catagories: water soluable (like C and B) and fat soluable (like A, D, E, and K). Water solualbe vitamins are nearly impossible to overdose on because you'll urinate the excess away. Fat soluables are easier to overdose on, as they're harder for the body to get rid of.
Yes, you can overdose on mutli-vitamins. Each one has enough vitamins for an entire day; take enough and those fat soluables can't get out of your system fast enough.
Look, just take the multi-vitamin and the water soluables if you must.

Too much of anything is a bad thing. Just take the recommended. If your multivitamin covers a big percentage of most of the other vitamins you are taking, I would cut out the other vitamins, because you will most likely get the remaining percentage through food. I think the best time of day to take vitamins is in the morning because your body is alert and ready to get the body going (this is also true for exercising...your metabolism is higher in the morning)

Vitamins are designed to work along with the food you eat. You should take them after eating. Taking too much of any vitamin isn't good for your major organs. See a nutritionist and they'll determine your recommended dailey allowance by your wieght and body volume. And, no. You can't overdose on multivitamins.

When you overdose on vitamins, they will just end up as body waste so theres really no use taking more than what your body needs.

The best time is breakfast

Daily vitamin usage is very good. I take mine every night before going to sleep, but I don't know if it matters.

You can overdose and you shouldn't. Just follow the instructions on the pack and take the right dosage.
