Eat lots of Oxycontin about 30 minutes before and after you get tough - it won't hurt as bad then.

I'm sorry, but I don't find nice to be an opposite of tough. You can be nice and tough. If you're asking about defending yourself, or standing up for yourself, do it 'nicely', and then stick with it...THAT'S being tough, Giving in to pressure and being a jerk is NOT tough...it's giving in and going against who you are and THAT is WEAK.

That's not really something to just answer and you follow, but you can try to get buff (work out and stuff) and be bigger than people. If you are nice, stay being nice but still try to make other guys look not as big, or strong, or manly. Also, try out sports!
