Maybe I have no cartiladge(sp?) left?? I dunno.. But I have no money to go to the doctor. Any thoughts or suggestions?

try to build up the muscles around the knee by doing exercises with light weights. I also have a knee problem which sounds similar but mine is both knees. I was told mine is heriditary. Also losing weight will help alot as well as wearing a cheap knee brace from a place like walmart. If you want send me a message and ill send you some of the exercises i do.
