Well, the first thing to do, is NOT GAIN WEIGHT THE BAD WAY, like the rest of the western civilization is. So, that's the first thing. I would start by going to the gym and lifting weights because that builds your muscles. And simultaneously, (because your muscles need protein) start eating more foods high in protein like tuna, beef jerky, and yogurt. You can add whey protein to foods like yogurt or oatmeal. That would help too. Good luck!

I am 5'1" and weigh about 102. I eat on a good day....twice. I make sure both are balanced meals. I get exercise and I take a multivitamin.
Some of the best Doctors I know are skinny. The skinny live longer. This having been said, there are emotional factors that play into the whole weight issue.
I got skinny because I had a cholesterol issue. I never intended to loose as much weight as I did, but as I ate less and ate better, I lost pounds.
I feel a lot better. You do not need to be fatter, but you do need to make sure your diet is balanced and you do need to take a multivitamin daily.
Yogurt, and nutritional supplements are helpful. For me, canned peaches helped.
It really isn't about how you look, its about how you feel.

you naturally have a high metabolism and eating all the time even enhances it. Do you want to gain fat or lean body mass. If you want to gain 20 pounds the easy way, go to McDonald's everyday and I can guarantee you will gain 20 pounds in a month and half. I would prefer packing on the muscle. Muscle is heavier so you would have to add that much before reaching your goal.

I suspect you're also a bit hyper. If so your thyroid is working overtime. You are the opposite of what most people are- hypothyroid. Find a good doctor who knows about this or you can read up on it.
