A well-known speaker started off his seminar by holding up a $20.00 bill. In the room of 200, he asked, "Who would like this $20 bill?" Hands started going up.
He said, "I am going to give this $20 to one of you but first, let me do this. He proceeded to crumple up the $20 dollar bill.
He then asked, "Who still wants it?"
Still the hands were up in the air. Well, he replied, "What if I do this?" And he dropped it on the ground and started to grind it into the floor with his shoe. He picked it up, now crumpled and dirty.
"Now, who still wants it?" Still the hands went into the air. My friends, we have all learned a very valuable lesson. No matter what I did to the money, you still wanted it because it did not decrease in value. It was still worth $20. Many times in our lives, we are dropped, crumpled, and ground into the dirt by the decisions we make and the circumstances that come our way. We feel as though we are worthless.! But no matter what has happened or what will happen, you will never lose your value. Dirty or clean, crumpled or finely creased, you are still priceless to those who DO LOVE you. The worth of our lives comes not in what we do or who we know, but by WHO WE ARE.You are special- Don't EVER forget it."

And remember: amateurs built the ark ... professionals built the Titanic. If God brings you to it - He will bring you through it. "Be kinder than necessary, for everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle."

First off...your rant made ME have a panic attack so I can only imagine 1/100th of how you feel! No one on here is qualified to offer any sound advice on all of this and I'm sure you know that. If you don't know that...you really need to talk to a licensed professional.

You are NOT the only person who has these thoughts at all. You are not the only person that feels this way at all. Everything you've said here I've said to myself a million times over again! You need to put things in perspective and look at the BIG picture...and your worries and your thoughts all become tiny little spots in the big picture. You need to get your mind straight and start thinking of how you can make these things BETTER not worse. Which is why you should be seeing someone to help you.

You can get better and have a very happy life...you are just stuck right now. It isn't a lifestyle that will last forever...it is a bump in the road that you have to get over. Good luck and just remember to put things in perspective and talk to someone!!! : )

No matter where you are living, you will not be able to escape your troubles if you don't get some help. I sincerely hope that things get better for you. But, please get some serious professional help. It sounds like you have severe depression or even bipolar disorder. Are you taking any meds? Please, find a good psychologist and start talking and opening up. Don't be a victim, take charge and start fighting back. M-k... So WHAT are you going to do about it- besides whine? It's your LIFE man, -make a plan, climb out of that rut, push yourself out the door- and see what happens! Because from the sound of it- the very worst thing that COULD in your case- is that you'll end up no better a hole than the one you're in now.

show the cpn this. I don't know what a cpn is, but must be coming to check on you. Do you have any family? Do all that your Dr advises you to do. If you don't get better try another doctor. Bless you and hang on.

It is probably true that you need to see a psychologist, but perhaps that in itself, is a little daunting. Start by being honest with your friend so that you can build a support network...and you always have all of us!!! then you will get the encouragement you need to go with someone to a local health department. I went through a period of panic attacks and was lucky to get the help I needed-------sometimes we all go through these valleys in life... you will get through this!!! e--me anytime!!! best wishes

Tell your CPN the same thing you have said here and ask that person to help guide you. People on this website are not qualified to give you answers or help.

You are a prisoner of your own mind, so I would suggest that you change your mind about a great many things and apply your behavior to fit your new model for living.
