If you feel the need to rehash the old problems with your ex then you could bring it up, but why? There's no reason to keep discussing old fights and issues. That's why they're an "ex", you're done with them, move on to someone new who will respect you, so that you don't feel used at any point in the relationship.

No, why should you. It is past so forget it, you did it so what. You do not have to give him a guilt trip. Go on with your life and do not do it again if it bothers you. You made yourself feel that way not him. Do not be used again, you are better than that. Find yourself someone to love you for you not for sex.

It's important to be honest with people. Just how honest is the question. Just tell him you didn't like it and don't really care to do it anymore. Try and be as casual about it as possible and try to move the conversation foward as best you can. If he needs more to that, feed him more and more of the truth as needed.

Well, he might point out that if you felt used you could have hung up.
