there are now endless vinnigrettes, any flavor you can think of, and yes, there are many other salad dressings besides ranch. where you been?

balsamic vinagrette!!! raspberry vinagrette with pecans or walnuts, and it's usually lo-cal/lo-fat, too. Seven seas, Paul Newman, and Ken's Steak House do both really well. Ken's makes alot of good dressings, some are even diet. Girard's are more fancy, some unusual items and a little pricier.
Green goddess is pretty good. You'll like it if you like ranch. Asian sesame dressings can be sooo awesome. I like to make homemade italian dressing using extra virgin olive oil and apple cider vinegar.
I'll even put KC Masterpiece on a salad once in a while.

stay away from Blue Cheese, Feta Cheese, and Thousand Island all of them comprise components that have the bacteria and mildew as a important factor of thier processing... Ranch, Italian, Catalina, French, and Caesar are all completely ok... a good try is the smell try if a dressing has a musty smell chosen yet another..

Balsamic is good. I like bleu cheese, Light Italian, Caesar, Honey Dijon, Creeamy Garlic

Yeah there's heaps. There's creamy ones like ceaser and thousand island. A vinaigrette is a dressing made with oil and vinegar at a ratio of 3:1. You can add any flavours as you wish eg. english/french mustard, lemon juice....

My favorite vinegarettes are Balsamic Vin. and Ceasar Vin. Yum-Yum!

So many! raspberry vinaigrette is awesome. So is olive oil and balsamic vinaigrette.
