stop eating. And what is BAST? Is it like a new diet or something?

I can see the TV infomercial now:

"Forget Jenny Craig! Forget pills! You want to lose weight? Then follow the BAST way of losing weight. Call the number at the bottom of your screen and let BAST slim you FAST!"

1 . take trim spa original and 1 multi vitamin
2 . eat kashi go lean crunch in the morning
3. try and drink green tea
4. eat the snack bars and walk to lunch if you have one if you dont have that long of a lunch break just get out and walk while eating a friut bowl or a snack bar drink water or vitamin water
or crystal light
5. make excersice a family thing or just a nice thing to do in the evening time to think and relax or just relax on the grass a peaceful mind is a peaceful body
6. go buy new makeup get a new hair cut tell her to us the razors and make you look hot
7. never expect people that see you alot to notice your wieght loss instead go visit someone you like but never get to see and then go back in 3 weeks and see what they say
youll be so happy and motivated
8. make a routine and dont let things distract you remember your health is number one and its more important to you than it will ever be to anyone else because of the people in your life who need you
9. if your stressed take a break and relax think a sulution is always there waiting to be brought to surface or ask never be afraid to ask

I absolutely hate exercizing. I live about 3 miles from my job, so I started walking to work and taking the bus home at night. I also tried to eat soup for lunch or dinner on a daily basis. Really these two small changes made a difference and I have lost 40 lbs and counting.

is this a trick question???? how much weight do you want to lose???? exercise, diet, and love. You can lose as much as you want to. Make the necessary sacrifices and quit making excuses and you will start to lose weight tomorrow.

join a gym near u.... and avoid eating fats... if possible thn make a time for jogging in morning or evening. But do this regularly.

your weight is directly proportional to your in take of food.If you are overweight you have eaten too much,cutback on the food to lose it again.And a bit of exercise.
