if u r asking the longest period as in # of days/weeks in a row then i'd answer 13 days however if u r asking the # of times during 1 "session" then my answer would be 10.(10 being how many times my partner came) if by the "longest period of time" u mean the # of hours or minutes i've had sex for then i would answer 8 hrs. (yes, 8-we started at 10pm & finally quit due to total exhaustion at 6am)

Either there are some real supermen out there or we read the question in a different way.
To me the answer would be how long have i had my (erect) penis inside a women's vagina, prior to my orgasm. Now that would be probably in the region of 30-45 mins.
However there is foreplay before and there may be more foreplay and sex afterwards - which would could put a session to the hours mark, but there is noway that i could or would want the act as i have described above to last more than an hour tops. The thought of doing it for 5 or 6 hours! God it would get boring surely and am sure that it would get very very very very sore.

I have had sex once in the morning for 3 hours than again in the afternoon with a different guy for another hour and a half. After that back to the morning guy for about 4 more hours so for that 1 day period i was having sex for 8 1/2 hours.

I had sex with two guys one time(not at the same time) that lasted for about 5 hours, they would take turns, but there was some down time involved.
Longest with one guy is about and hour in a half, he would tell me when he was getting close and then pull out and we would do "other" things till he felt ready again
