is it by doing push ups?
i do that and it seems kinda work...but i want something that can look tone all the time...is it swimming?
any other methods?

yup im lucky enough that my family don't have U-shape shoulders...it is just right...
but i wanna make it look toned and broad....it looks great when wearing a bikini...
doesn't it?

first you have to look at your genetic make up. does your family have a history of broad shoulders??? Even if they don't you can still build the 3 shoulder muscles to give you the impression of having broader shoulders. Try doing incline dumbell presses and super set them with pushups. You will build the chest shoulders and triceps all at the same time and it will feel fantastico!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

pull ups on the weight assisted pulley machine at the gym. Swimming will definitley do it, I had a roomate that used to do that. Alot.
